    Hi Julie...thanks for you comment on my blog....the back is getting a bit better, and you are right about exercise. I teach spinning and core classes and even though it hurts when I start, there is relief afterwards. I loved those lights in Trad...so whimsical. I though the whole magazine was very well done.
