Artist - Katie Upton.
About ten years ago my "now" husband and I spent the weekend in picturesque Woodstock, VT. I discovered Katie Upton's work in one of the few downtown art galleries. I've been a fan ever since.
I wish I had purchased a large scale piece back then, because her pieces have since increased quite a bit in price.
