I have a passion for vintage furniture. As a designer, I clearly love transformations, so when the two come together with a bit of sweat equity. I'm thrilled. Here's recent rehab of my own.
I found this baby on the side of the road..a little paint, coral velvet and {also a favorite} nickel nail heads...Voila drab is fab...

Did you do the upholstery or did you have it done? If you did it yourself - v impressive! You should post step by step photos on how to do it. I've always wanted to try my hand but too scared and unskilled I suppose.
looks AWESOME.. i think i would paint the legs black..??
Fabulous! I love the nailhead trim, the color you chose for the upholstery and the white paint. It looks fantastic.
I think black legs would look great too or maybe even deep grey/brown. The reason I chose white is because it's going in my office and my desk is white lacquer. Black would have been too heavy!!
Best,
Julie
Looks fabulous, Julie!!
I didn't do the upholstery myself.

The color looks close to yours doesn't it? I've had this fabric for over a year now...

I love this chair, its beautiful!
Where did you get the upholstery done? I have a few chairs that need a makeover and I'm stuck on where to take them.

The coral chair is fantastic! I love it. I would love to find a chair like that for my desk in the living room.
Nice job!
