Welcome my guests
If needed the beds could be pushed together! This room is by one of my favorite designers, Tom Scheerer. The funny thing is it looks remarkably similar to the room below {posted a week ago on Shelter} and from Domino magazine. Hmmm, who inspired who? This doesn't seem to be the same home!

Thats too funny, they look exactly the same. OK, well not exactly but pretty close. I love that fabric they used.
I like the room with the chocolate walls the best. Way more elegant!
These are just too similar to be a coincidence!
I like both rooms, but as a guest room... hmmm... I like the white room with the chocolate lamp shade best. It is happier.
Heronkate is right, the room with the chocolate walls is more elegant.
Splitting hairs here, who wouldn't enjoy sleeping in either room.
O.K. I read an article about these 2 exact rooms and how the designer of the 2nd room TOTALLY copied Tom Scheerer. I am going to try to find that article and send it to you..It was about whether it is flattering or just wrong to copy it so closely.
I love those rich chocolate walls paired with the pink. Too perfect.
They do look really similar I guess one inspired the other.
Oh, Please do find the article Sissy, I'd love to see it. Thank you. Clearly the second image is a copy of the first. They were both published so if the designer of the second photo was inspired by Tom Scheerer maybe she should have mentioned his name? Don't you agree?
I swear - next home I am incorporating the canopy into a guest room. Love them both!
Barrie Benson designed the second room and mentioned that she was inspired by Tom Scheerer in the Domino article. I believe she even said that she tried changing it up, but Tom's design was just too good!
