Turquoise is Pantone's pick for the color of 2010, I would have guessed that to be a hot shade in 09. Don't get me wrong, I'm crazy for turquoise..and have used it quite a bit lately...but currently, one of my personal favs is Jade. It's chic, rich and timeless! In fact my dining room is going to be a layered mix of jade accents, turquoise, pale aqua walls, creamy white and a hint of bright emerald. It's not as over the top as it sounds...

Mmmm - That Jade has been one of my favorites I think since I was eleven..That gowns is beautiful!!
These photos are fantastic. I hadn't ever thought about using jade green on walls but I LOVE it. If nothing else, I want that dress and the matching undergarments. Gorgeous.
Loving the look of the jade lacquered walls in that bedroom shot! GORGEOUS!
i like jade too, but more as an accent. Dark Green walls are a little too much for this gal.
Defintely a dramatic colour. Love that first photo.
Oohh, would love to see pics of your dining room when it's done. Sounds pretty!
Hi Julie, I love that colour and especially the blue kitchen from Domino. (am going to do a post on it soon too....) thank you! The shoes are very cute too!KG
I agree, I love Jade as an accent!!! That is how I am using it in my dining room.
