Gnarly

{Steven Gambrel's beach home - I'll post the rest if you'd like}

find a similar table here..

I love when found objects are transformed into furniture, accessories, art etc.. in this case I'm referring to driftwood. You can't go wrong mixing one of these in with other causal or {not so} pieces!

this version available here!

the mirror above is available here!

Love the post, Julie. It's really hard to beat Mother nature for interesting objects. I love people who can see something within and are able to bring it out. Fun post idea.

Found = individual, and creative, and chosen. Found is more elemental. Found can also be free!

Wow, these are cool. Kind of creepy, but some would be perfect for my new office! I hope you have a wonderful day and hopefully, hopefully, you check out my blog and like it. Although I need to figure out how to add pictures and make it look more like a published horror authors site. I'm brand new to blogging and just want to meet some new people. I'm not trying to push at all. Hopefully I see some new stuff on here soon.

I agree. Driftwood and other finds are wonderful when used well. Love the parade of loveliness and inspiration you have posted here.

Happy weekend.

Such a great topic to post about! Everytime I see driftwood I think of my Mom - she has loved it and been collecting it since I was a little girl. So it has special meaning to me and I love the natural feel of it. That table and mirror are spectacular!
