Ingredients
- 8 cups chopped seedless watermelon (about 6 pounds)
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
- 2 tablespoons sugar, plus 2 tablespoons more, if needed
- 1/2 cup vodka, (optional)
- Mint leaves
** Note - I made the watermelon limeade on Friday afternoon. It was very refreshing. Be sure to serve it with lots of ice!! The ice thins it out a little! Enjoy.

Will have to try making a replica of some of these rooms. Thanks for the recipe too will have to try that!
