It seems counter-intuitive for the season but I'm loving all warm shades of purple and lavender right now. They're rich, and mix with an array of materials, and Fall inspired colors. That silk velvet on the sofa below is just amazing!! I'm also on the hunt for the perfect soft lavender sweater. (so if you've seen one, let me know)

I'm feeling the same way. I just picked up a couple of amethyst velvet pillows for my sofa and they really change the look to a much warmer feel.
