Shades of green

I've been running around like cray cray today with a three year old in tow trying to pull some last minute details together for a photo shoot tomorrow. You probably look at the styled glossy magazines and the pretty pinterest shots almost as much as I do. I can tell you first hand it takes a LOT of work to get those perfect pics!

One of the perks of my job is to scan and analyze images almost daily and I've been thinking about and dog earring green chairs for years now. I think I'd have to go with Emerald, do you have a favorite? I may be silent tomorrow.. but promise to return Thursday with this week's favorites post..

Absolutely love the green chairs.
I am so with you on the work involved to get the perfect shot...the amount of schlepping things to style and restyle a particular shot can take hours...it is exhausting. I am reshooting a home right now for an upcoming book, people have no idea what it takes to get that shot.

I know emerald is the thing right now, and I do love it but I have to tell you, that chartreuse stops my heart. Again and again!

Its a toss up for me, there is a sophisticated elegance to the emerald, but those lime green are a close second for me

Emerald is the color of the moment it seems, but lime is great in person. So fresh and modern and perky in the flesh. I am always afraid of it but after I do it I really enjoy it! Especially with the contrasting whites, etc.

Oooh, I love them all but the chartreuse are just so fresh and springlike!

I do love the "Color of the Year" emerald chairs but the chartreuse just grabs ahold of me! Emerald says winter to me where chartreuse can say year-round depending on what color it is paired with. It can also be paired with so many other colors and look FAB! I love it with neutrals!!
